- My husband and I have been married for 11 years. We added our adorable 3 year old son in June of 2007. He is the joy of our lives. He is ready to be a big brother and share all of the spoiling. ;) We were matched with the most amazing birthmother. At 27 weeks the baby passed away. We are heartbroken, but continue forward.

Finding that strength
We all know this adoption journey is not the easiest thing to go through. It isn't easy for either side. It is often compared to a roller coaster and I just say hold on tight because it isn't going to get any smoother. Many times in the first 7 years I wanted to give up. Then JT joined our family. Hey! Right now we are just doing a Scentsy Fundraiser. I have a friend who sells it so it's been the easist to do at this point. I'd like to come up with s ome other ideas but it can be challenging... I've heard of the puzzle one and would love to do that. Also have thought about selling those silicone bracelets for a couple of dollars... I'm not quite sure yet what to do.... I'm so sorry about the baby. :( How long ago was that for you guys?
