- Andy and I have been married for 12 years. We have two amazing kids who are both adopted. We feel so blessed to be their parents! Nate is nine and Lizzie is five. They are happy, energetic kids who keep us on our toes! We have a lot of fun together, and our house is filled with laughter.
We are waiting and hoping for our third child through adoption. Can't wait to see who is waiting for us, just around the corner! :)

Legacy
I've been thinking a lot about legacies. What kind of legacy I want my kids to have, and what kind of legacy my parents gave me. Maybe that's because my mom passed away in April and I've realized what a great legacy she's left me. My mom and I were one of "those" mother-daughter duos. We were best friends, ever since I can remember. She was a tiny lady--just 5 feet tall, but she was a force of nature; her nickname was "Zippy", and boy did she live up to it! Thank you very much for the welcoming! We just started our adoption journey and are very excited. We hope and pray our birthmother and baby will find us soon. We are trying to connect with all in the adoption process as much as possible. Any friend suggestions would be appreciated!
