- The agency provided a social worker who dropped the ball in a major way. After all the home studies and live scan she never wrote up our profile, lied to the director that we halted the process and never notified us. The director then says we halted the process which WE NEVER DID and WE SHOWED HER ALL THE E-MAILS trying to get our SOCIAL WORKER to GIVE US INFO of WHATS HAPPENING. SUDDENLY SHE QUITS WE ARE LEFT HANGING WITH MORE BILLS TO PAY. WE GOT ANOTHER SOCIAL WORKER FINISHED EVERYTHING IN A MONTH AND NOW WE ARE WAITING. WE LOST A YEAR AND MORE MONEY NEEDED TO BE SPENT BECAUSE MORE LIVESCANS NEEDED. The Director gives us the "well too bad for your experience" talk but doesn't acknowledge the fact if the first social worker did her job we wouldn't have to spend an additional $500. and emotional distress of when our child will come and may have a baby now. NO compassion or acknowledgement of their error. We just got a "too bad for you."
